Radisson Hotel Dallas North-Addison, Addison

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, with good AC, although the internet was slow and the shower could be better. There were some cleanliness issues, like blood stains on the carpet, which the staff acknowledged and addressed. The location was great for exploring the nightlife and restaurants nearby, but some areas were dirty. The dining experience was mixed, with overpriced items but some good options available. Service was friendly and helpful, though improvements could be made in guest requests handling.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was ideal, close to Addison Circle Park and many dining options, making it very convenient. However, the rooms were in need of some maintenance, with a noisy AC unit disrupting my sleep and tired bathroom fixtures. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff members being helpful while others were not as friendly. The dining experience was overpriced and the breakfast service had some timing issues. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and I felt safe during my late-night returns.

The hotel fell short on cleanliness with dirty rooms, including cigarette butts and stained carpets, not meeting our expectations. Despite the negatives, the staff was welcoming and responsive.
